Goals To adopt total quality management approach and to train individuals who can take part in quality management processes.

1 Explains the concept of Total Quality Management, its historical development, and its fundamental principles.
2 Analyzes the relationship between quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
3 Evaluates the effects of Total Quality Management on organizational performance, competitive advantage, and sustainability.
4 Explains the role of quality leadership, quality culture, and employee involvement in TQM practices.
5 Applies basic quality tools (such as Pareto Diagram, Fishbone Diagram, Control Charts, etc.) in problem-solving processes.
6 Interprets process management and process improvement approaches from a TQM perspective.
7 Explains the relationship between ISO 9001 and similar quality management systems and Total Quality Management.
8 Analyzes TQM practices in service and manufacturing sectors through case studies.
9 Identifies problems encountered in TQM practices and develops solution proposals.
10 Contributes to managerial decision-making processes by developing quality-oriented thinking skills.
