| Goals | To adopt total quality management approach and to train individuals who can take part in quality management processes. |
| Course Content | This course covers the fundamental concepts and principles of Total Quality Management, the historical development of quality management, and approaches such as customer focus, continuous improvement, and process management. In addition, quality costs, quality control and quality assurance systems, statistical quality control techniques, quality tools and methods, and the implementation of Total Quality Management practices in organizations are examined. |
