Goals The aim of financial management is to address the basic security of management applied in the facility and basic training and practice management, investment approach and financial markets.
Course Content Risk, return, portfolio management, stock and bond valuation, cost of capital and capital structure decisions, dividend policies, sources of financing, debt management and derivatives markets

1 Explains the concept of the time value of money and performs simple and compound interest calculations.
2 Applies present value and future value calculations and compares different cash flows.
3 Analyzes annuities and equal installment payment plans and applies them to financial problems.
4 Interprets the income statement and evaluates the financial performance of a firm.
5 Applies capital budgeting techniques (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, payback period) and analyzes investment projects.
6 Explains the relationship between risk and return and incorporates it into investment decisions.
7 Applies stock valuation methods (e.g., dividend discount model) and evaluates the results.
8 Compares alternatives in financial decision-making processes and develops appropriate decisions.
9 Performs analytical evaluation using financial data and interprets the results.
10 Gains knowledge about the basic policies of financial management.
11 Solves fundamental financial problems using quantitative methods and reports the results.
