| Goals | Commercial Law, Application Area, History, Definition and Elements of Commercial Enterprise, Commercial and Commercial Provisions, Concept of Merchant and Acquisition and Loss of Merchant, Commercial Title and Business Name, Unfair Competition, General Characteristics of Trade Companies, Trade Marks Establishing the theoretical foundation for the establishment activities of the Provisions and Implementation Sequence, Collective, Commander, Anonymous, Cooperative Commander and Limited Companies, Legal Bodies and the Authorities, Duties and Responsibilities of these Organs and providing the development of analytical thinking about the subjects. |
