Goals Presenting the functions and functions of Human Resources Departments in businesses by considering new approaches
Course Content Definition and functions of Human Resources Management, Functions, employee procurement, job application, interview techniques, employee training, career management and career planning, performance appraisal and performance appraisal techniques, remuneration, employee motivation, practices that affect employee loyalty and efficiency.

7. Week Career planning, basic data and focuses in career management, models / Individual career management, integration of view of career management in organizational and individual aspects, and international or global career planning

9. Week Wage management in businesses; the concept of wages, the economic dimension and adequacy of wages, the level of wages in terms of the employee.
