| Goals | The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts and institutions of law and to provide them with information about the content of the concepts they encounter both in daily life and in various parts of the education they receive. On the other hand, it aims to prepare the infrastructure of the law courses they will take in the future. |
| Course Content | Basic Concepts of Law, Rules Regulating Social Life, Sources of Law, Definition of Right, Acquisition, Use, Protection and Loss of Right, Family Law and Provisions, Concept of Debt, Causes of Debt, Execution of Debt, Termination, Representation, Concept of Property, Property Transfer and Pledge Transactions. |
