Goals The main aim of the course is to provide the students with knowledge about the basic principles, institutions and the concepts of administrative law; relationship between these concepts; and the way the application works.
Course Content Administrative body, separation of the administrative body from the legislature, separation of the administrative body from the judicial body, separation of the executive body of the body, administrative function, material criterion, criticism of the material criterion, formal or organic criterion, the use of the legislative function of the administrative function, the use of the judicial function of the administrative function, the government of the administrative function. separation from function and features of administrative function are discussed.
