Goals Teach turkish criminal law
Course Content The function of the Criminal Law, its divisions, the development process, the relationship between other branches of law, the historical process of criminal law, introduction to the basic principles of criminal law, the basis of criminal liability, sources and interpretation in criminal law, principles of application of criminal laws, return of criminals, introduction to the general theory of crime In this context, facts other than the elements of the crime, the elements of the crime; The legality of the crime, the material element of the crime, the illegality of the crime, the reasons for the lawfulness of the crime, the defect element of the crime, the types of defect, the concepts of caste and negligence constitute the course content.
