| Course Content | The rule of law and judicial review, administrative regime, administrative jurisdictions, the jurisdiction of the administrative judiciary, and the principles prevailing in the administrative trial procedure are described. Administrative application, types of administrative cases, the responsibility of the administration, the duty and authority in the administrative jurisdiction, the duration of the case, the conditions regarding the filing of the administrative case, evidence, legal remedies are described. |
