Goals TIt aims to examine human bones uncovered in archaeological sites to analyze the demographic distributions, dietary systems, and diseases that left traces on the bones of individuals who lived in the past, and to evaluate the founding subjects of ancient societies in the context of biology, environment, and culture.
Course Content The foundation of the course is based on the archae-anthropological analysis system, which is a synthesis of archaeology and biological anthropology. In order to apply this method of analysis, the course content primarily focuses on the characteristics, shapes, and terminological structure of the bones that make up the adult human skeletal system.
