Goals The main purpose of this course; students to examine the basic paradigms of management philosophy in order to understand the logic of the organizational system in the current world order; to carry out detailed analysis on the basic structure of management philosophy; comprehend the reality of administrative phenomena in different times and conditions within the framework of scientific understanding methods; The aim is to enable them to practice comparing both perspectives by making detailed analyzes on the guiding works and personalities that reflect the eastern and western managerial perspectives.
