Goals | • To teach the fundamental principles of administrative law, a branch of public law dealing with the organization, functioning, activities, and supervision of the executive branch. • To enable students to understand the principle that the administration must act in conformity with the law. • To provide knowledge about the powers, procedures, and responsibilities of public authorities. • To familiarize students with the rights of individuals vis-à-vis the administration and the legal remedies available to protect these rights. |
