Goals The aim of this course is to examine the costs of installation and usage of energy production systems, economic life of the power plant and how other costs affect the system while generating energy.
Course Content Energy sources. Fossil energy sources and combustion. Energy savings in housing. Energy saving in factory buildings. Passive energy saving. Heat losses in pipes. Isolation and its importance. Energy recovery in industry. Heat and energy losses in industry. Industry examples of passive savings. Active energy saving. Increasing cycle efficiency. Examples of industry related to active savings. Sample applications about energy saving in energy plants. Energy plants energy saving applications
