Goals The aim of the course is to explain the historical development of clinical psychology, to introduce the basic theories in this field, to discuss these theories and their basic assumptions, the ways of explaining abnormal behavior and personality, the diagnosis and clinical intervention methods.
Course Content Within the scope of this course, the history of clinical psychology will be mentioned, observation and testing practices will be explained, information will be given about the conduct of evaluation interviews, and person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches will be taught.
