Goals The aim of this course is to introduce the basic principles and main study subjects of psychology. In the scope of the course, the methods are mainly used in the psychology and example research from the main research field of the discipline will be introduced. The course will start with how psychology developed as a science and this will be followed by mostly used research methods. After that main topics such as emotion, developmental psychology, memory and abnormal psychology will be covered.
