Goals To teach all aspects of the public personnel system to the public administration department students who will take place in public administration system as public servants
Course Content In this course, it is aimed to provide students with legal and practical information on the historical development of public personnel management, contemporary public personnel management principles and the Civil Servants Law. In addition, e-government structuring and public personnel management reform studies are also mentioned. Besides, it is aimed to try to deal with other public personnel legal regulations in terms of legal / implementation as well as general legal regulation (CSL).

1 Has the qualifications to take part in various levels of management areas such as human resources, public relations, financial management, public institutions and organizations, political institutions, private sector and non-governmental organizations.
2 To be able to understand the concepts and theories in the field of public personnel management

4 To learn the legal responsibilities and rights of state officials
