Goals | To teach all aspects of the public personnel system to the public administration department students who will take place in public administration system as public servants |
Course Content | In this course, it is aimed to provide students with legal and practical information on the historical development of public personnel management, contemporary public personnel management principles and the Civil Servants Law. In addition, e-government structuring and public personnel management reform studies are also mentioned. Besides, it is aimed to try to deal with other public personnel legal regulations in terms of legal / implementation as well as general legal regulation (CSL). |
