Goals The aim of this course is to provide students with the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship and to teach all stages of the entrepreneurial process, from developing business ideas and conducting feasibility analysis to designing business models, managing financial structures, marketing, innovation management, and growth strategies. The course aims to enhance students’ abilities in creative thinking, opportunity recognition, business plan development, and active participation in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Course Content Fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship; identifying opportunities and developing business ideas; feasibility analysis; business models, customers, value propositions, and revenue streams; economic, industry, competition, and customer analysis; legal framework and ethical foundations of entrepreneurship; principles and management of marketing; networking; determining and managing the financial structure of ventures; access to financial resources for new ventures; innovation management; intellectual property rights and professional management of ventures; managing the growth process, growth strategies, and business plan development.
