Goals | Thepurpose of thiscourse is tomakestudentsgaintheknowledgeaboutinstitutionallaw of EU. •To provide an understanding of the fundamental concepts of law and their place and function within social norms. •To teach the distinction between public law and private law, with particular focus on civil law. •To develop the ability to analyze basic legal statuses such as the legal capacity and capacity to act of natural and legal persons. •To equip students with competence in solving everyday legal problems through basic knowledge of family law, inheritance law, and property law. |
