Goals After completion of the course the students will be; obtain general information about viruses and viroids which are produced diseases on cultural plants; explain the structure of plant viruses, genome organization classification, pathogenesis, replication, transmission and spread ways and diagnosis and detection methods; Interpret topic related to plant virus diseases and prevention strategies
Course Content A Historical outline of plant virology, Symtomatology, Morphology of plant viruses and viroids and classification of them, Replication and mechanism of diseases, Index methods of virus and viroids bu biological, serological and molecular as theoretical, Epidemiology and control methods

5 Use the steps considered in diagnosis and detection methods of diseases by viruses and viroids
