Goals Explaining to engineering students the procedures and methods to be followed in all phases of project management, from initiation to completion, and providing information about applicable techniques. Reviewing practical applications of project management.
Course Content 1. Knows the definitions and content of project, program, work breakdown structure, sub-project, work package, activity, project management, project stakeholders, project phases, organization, and project management guidelines. 2. Can initiate and plan a project, and identify the project leader. 3. During the execution phase of the project, can perform change management, scope management, schedule planning and control, cost management, human resources management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, quality management, and apply the project management guidelines. 4. Can understand the definition and structure of teamwork, and effectively conduct team collaboration and meeting management.

1 The candidate understands fundamental concepts such as project, program, work structure, sub-project, work package, activity, project management, and project stakeholders, as well as project phases and organizational structure. They can manage the project initiation and planning processes and ensure the project leader is selected. During project execution, they can apply scope, time, cost, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, quality management, and change management. Furthermore, they understand the structure of teamwork and can implement efficient teamwork and meeting management.
