| Goals | Relates gender, race, sexual and ethnic micro-identity politics with forms of implicit propaganda, representations of political history, and the processes of production, distribution, and reception. |
| Course Content | Cinema has always been intertwined with politics, with its direct political themes, and narrative techniques and movie examples that reflect a political stance. In this context, the course is organized to examine the direct or indirect relations of cinema with politics in a historical perspective. Subjects such as political economy will be within the scope of the course. |
