Goals To reveal the nature of human freedom and determinism, thereby establishing the rational foundations of human liberty.

1 Defines the concepts of liberty and determinism from a philosophical perspective and explains the fundamental tension between them.
2 Distinguishes between the freedom of choice and the freedom of indifference, evaluating the classical critiques directed at these theories.
3 Discusses the limits of human agency by relating the model of causality-based freedom to various types of determinism.
4 Establishes the rational foundations of human freedom within the framework of the Absolute Being and universal laws.
5 Analyzes the attitudes of states toward liberties, the necessity of authority, and the relationship between legal statutes and freedom.
