Goals Bu dersin amacı; 1. Bilişim teknolojilerinin beraberinde getirdiği hukuki sorunların ortaya konulması, 2. Belli başlı internet ve hukuk sorunlarına çözüm aranması, 3. Internet alan adları ve marka hukuku özelinde fikri ve sınai haklar arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesi, 4. Sık kullanılan bilişim suçlarının tanınmasıdır.
Course Content Son yirmi yılın gözde bilim alanı tartışmasız bilişim teknolojileridir. Bu alandaki hızlı gelişme hukuki sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu alandaki başlıca hukuki sorunlar, özellikle internet ile fikri haklar ve haksız rekabet arasındaki ilişki, internet ve ceza hukuku, internet servis sağlayıcılarının sorumluluğu dersin konularını oluşturmaktadır. Elektronik sözleşmeler ve mesafeli sözleşmelerin akdi, alan adlarının korunması, internette fikri haklar ve haksız rekabet halleri, 5561 sayılı Kanun uyarınca internet erişim engellemeleri, internet üzerinden telefon (VoIP) ve internet servis sağlayıcılarının sorumluluğu, bilişim teknolojileriyle ilişkili bazı suçlar dersin kapsamındadır.
