| Course Content | - Ability to explain the structure and functions of chromosomes - Ability to explain cell division types and basic steps - Ability to explain the basic mechanisms of heredity - Ability to understand the basic principles of Mendelian and non-Mendelian inheritance - Ability to make probability and statistical calculations related to genetics - Gains information about chromosomal variations, gene connections and crossing over mechanisms. - Understands population genetics. - Being able to establish the relationship between genetics and evolution - Detecting, identifying and solving problems related to bee breeding - Ability to prepare projects and conduct research on bee breeding - They gain the ability to put bee breeding into practice. - To have professional and ethical responsibility awareness in the field of bee breeding - Ability to follow scientific and technological developments regarding bee breeding |
