Goals Sports science of the historical, philosophical and scientific foundations, advances in sports science and the factors that affect development, sports science is intended to learn the basic disciplines.
Course Content The Effects of Physical Education and Sport on the Human Organism, its Conditional and Motoric Characteristics, Fitness Exercises, Approaches for a Healthy Body and Healthy Life, Adequate and Balanced Nutrition, Basic Purpose and Basic Tasks of Training, Relation of Strength and Resting in Training, Training Techniques.
