Goals This course aims to develop students’ basic communication skills in English at the CEFR A2 level, focusing on everyday life, social media, technology, sports, healthy living, food, and travel topics. It enables students to express past experiences and personal stories in simple and clear sentences, enhance social interaction skills through group work and collaboration, and actively participate in various communication situations by accurately using learned language structures and vocabulary.
Course Content This course is designed to develop students’ basic communication and social skills in English at the CEFR A2 level. Throughout the course, students engage in discussions about social media and technology, vlogging and digital detox, introducing personal abilities related to sports and healthy living, written and oral communication through food and recipes, creating and sharing restaurant guides, and planning trips while giving advice on cultural experiences. The course integrates listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Role-plays, group work, mini projects, and short writing tasks reinforce students’ grammar, vocabulary, and overall communicative competence.
