Goals The aim of this course is to equip students of Tourism and Hotel Management with the related and necessary grammar, vocabulary, functions and four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) capabilities required to deal with the situations in tourism and hospitality sector.
Course Content Vocational English for Tourism-1 course aims at developing language awareness through an integrated syllabus that focuses on the key grammar, skills, communication and pronunciation essential to the tourism professionals at B1 level of proficiency. This course also focuses on building confidence in working in English with effective communication strategies for workplace situations such as giving advice, taking bookings and dealing with complaints.
