Course Content | Sampling and sample preservation. Theoretical and experimental principles for the determination of total solids, turbidity, acidity, alkalinity, carbon dioxide, hardness, dissolved oxygen, biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, total organic carbon, heavy metals, total Kjeldahl nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, chloride, phosphate, surfactants, oil and grease, volatile organic acids, phenols, fluoride, silicate, sulfide, sulfite, sulfate. Instrumental analysis: Chromatographic methods of analysis. |
