Goals By this lecture; the generation and distribution of water on the earth, hydrological cycle of water, the factors affecting the water quality, water quality changes and environmental adversities are informed. Physical, chemical, biological properties and quality parameters of water are examined. To be able to have knowledge about surface waters and groundwater pollution. In addition, the water quality and water pollution control regulations in force in our country are examined.
Course Content Explanation of the formation and distribution of water on the earth, physical, chemical and biological characteristics of water, description of water quality concept, evaluation of Water Pollution and Control Regulation, explanation of the effects of pollutants on surface and underground water
