Goals To be able to develop cost-effective quality control systems by using statistical methods in production and service sector.
Course Content Histograms, producer and consumer risks, control diagrams, pareto diagrams, scattering diagrams, sampling techniques, single and double sampling techniques.
Learning Outcomes - The student recognizes the concepts of process and quality.
- The student recognizes and applies the tools used in statistical quality control techniques.
- The student can draw and interpret quality control charts.
- The student can perform process capability analyses.
