Goals The aim of this course is to bring the ability the leadership and application of project preparation and evaluation by using the project management processes to the real life scenarios.
Course Content To inform the students about defining the goal, sources, budget, time, and by planning and the successful management of project team fulfilling the project employing the required tools and procedures.
Learning Outcomes - Develop the planning ability by preparing group projects and learn the project types suitable to the organization
- To be informed about the project softwares
- Learning the cost, quality and sustainability standards, applies the resource management by the help of resource allocation and task plans
