Goals To have knowledge and skills about electric and electronic circuits found in a vehicle, the concepts required for understanding, the devices, understanding of circuit schemes, using the electrical measuring equipments, electrical laws, and making the calculations with these rules.
Course Content Semiconductros, Extrinsic Semiconductors, Pn Joints And Characteristics, Diodes And Types Of Diodes, Half-Whole Wave Rectifier, Diode Applications; Serial Diode Structure, Parallel And Serial-Parallel Structures, And/Or Gates, Sinusoidal Signals, Other Diode Applications, The Structure And The Working Principals Of The Transistors, Dipole Joint Transistors, Bjts With Dc Tendency, Field-Effect Transistor, İntroduction Of Circuit Elements, Demonstrating The Usage Of Electronics Lab Devices, Characteristics Of Diodes, Zener Diode, Light Emitting Diode(Leds), Bridge Rectifier, Common Linked Transistor Circuits, Characteristic Of Fet.
