Goals Throughout the Prehistoric Ages it is aimed to understand the cultural interaction with the geographies where Anatolian is related. In this way, it is aimed to gain students' holistic evaluation ability of Anatolian Prehistory.
Course Content Prehistoric cultures in the geographical regions surrounding Anadoluy are presented in chronological order. Firstly, the regions are being introduced and continued. The cultural development in the archaeological finds in the Near East is presented in comparison with the Anatolian Prehistoric Period.
Learning Outcomes - Having knowledge about the geographical features of the regions surrounding Anatolia
- To gain ability to evaluate the effects of geography on the formation and circulation systems of cultures.
- To acquire the ability to comparatively interpret prehistoric chronologies of different regions.
- Being knowledgeable about the prehistoric cultures of the Near East.
- To have knowledge about Prehistoric Period Findings communities in the Near East.
