Goals The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of art, to gain a critical perspective, to create awareness about their own creations.
Course Content Art has been one of the main subjects of philosophy since ancient times. Issues such as the nature of creativity, beauty, aesthetic judgment, the function of art, and the need for artistic production still remain controversial and privileged. In this course, the questions of philosophy on art and aesthetics and the approaches of philosophers will be discussed.
