Goals To teach the basic concepts, principles and rules of administrative law.
Course Content Administration concepts and fundamental principles of the law, the emergence of administrative law, development and characteristics, sources of administrative law, the administrative organization of Turkey are issues to be addressed in the course of administrative procedures and concepts.
Learning Outcomes - Explain the basic principles and concepts related to administrative law.
- Gains knowledge of administrative law issues and resources.
- May explain Turkey's administrative organization and administration tasks.  
- Establish a link between the administrative organization and the constitutional principles.
- Students will be able to explain the concept of administrative process, its elements, characteristics and classification.
