Goals This course aims to teach the basic institutions, concepts and theories of constitutional law.
Course Content The concept of the Constitution, its definition, characteristics and constitutional movements, constitutional documents, making and changing the Constitution, the concept of the State, its elements, the rule of law and the principles of equality, human rights, fundamental rights and freedoms and their limitations, the legislative power, its function, authority, procedures, working order, the status of the legislative body, its election, the duties and authorities of the legislative body, the executive power - the President, executive regulatory procedures and the state of emergency, the judicial power, the constitutional judiciary will be covered.
Learning Outcomes - The student will have an understanding of the basic components of constitutional law.
