Goals The aim of the course is to enable students to comprehend conceptual analysis of law through the definition and qualifications of law and to comprehend basic legal logic. The students are expected to have knowledge about the social order and rules of law, the general structure of the rules of law, their functions and objectives, the sources of law and its applications.
Course Content The meaning and importance of law, its place in the rules of social order, the sources of law, the basic features of the rules of law, interpretation of the rules of law, the classification of the branches of law and the basic concepts and terms related to them.
Learning Outcomes - To define the basic concepts and principles of the legal system
- Apply the rules of law to events in daily life
