Goals To enable students to learn and use the techniques necessary for them to have creative thinking, To develop creativity in children according to their development, To enable them to use the creative thinking techniques they have learned during communication with children and during the practices they will do with children, To learn the developmental stages of children regarding drawing and to learn that they can display their imagination and creativity through art.
Course Content Dersi alan öğrenciler; yaratıcılığın tanımı, yaratıcılığın kuramsal temelleri, yaratıcılıkta zihinsel süreçler, okul öncesinde yaratıcılık ve sanatsal gelişimde ailenin rolü, okul öncesinde görsel sanat eğitimi, okul öncesinde sanatsal gelişim, okul öncesinde sanat eğitiminin diğer alanlarla bütünleştirilmesi, okul öncesinde mimari tasarım eğitimi ve müzeler, yaratıcılık ve sanat çalışmalarında çocukla iletişim, farklı eğitim yaklaşım ve modellerinde yaratıcılık, yaratıcılığa dayalı eğitim programları uygulama, sanatsal yaratıcılığa dayalı uygulamalar, yaratıcılığı destekleyici oyunlar, yaratıcılığın ölçülmesi ve sanatsal ürünlerin değerlendirilmesi konuları hakkında bilgi sahibi olurlar.
Learning Outcomes - Be able to explain the importance of art education in early childhood
- Be able to define schools that support pedagogical and methodological approaches in art education in early childhood
- Be able to explain color and the emotional effects of color on children in art education in early childhood
- Be able to provide information about how parental and teacher attitudes should be in art education in early childhood
- Be able to comment on theories of children's artistic development
- Be able to explain and comment on the stages of preschool children's artistic development
- Able to express the importance of imagination, dream and play in the child's creative process.
- Explain the functions of visual elements used in designs
- Explain creativity in terms of child development.
- Reach a conclusion about what needs to be done to support creativity.
- Explain the use of tools and equipment in preschool art education. Describe two- and three-dimensional studies and sample applications.
- Be able to describe the emotional effects of the figures used in children's drawings.
- Explain the ability to notice and interpret emotional/psychological elements and reflections in children's drawings.
