Goals | The aim of this course is to examine the fundamental concepts and theories of organizational behavior in healthcare institutions, understand and analyze behavior at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The course aims to equip students with the ability to identify factors influencing employee attitudes and behaviors in healthcare organizations, solve organizational issues, and support leadership processes. |
Course Content | The course covers the basic concepts of organizational behavior, individual differences, motivation, leadership, organizational culture, conflict management, stress, and job satisfaction. Within the dynamics specific to the healthcare sector, the social, cultural, and psychological factors influencing employee behavior are examined in detail. |
