Goals The aim of this course is to explore the concept of leadership in healthcare organizations in depth, analyze leadership theories and practices, and enable students to develop effective leadership skills in healthcare management. The course also aims to raise awareness of ethical, cultural, and strategic issues faced by leaders in the healthcare sector.
Course Content The course covers leadership theories, leadership approaches in healthcare organizations, the impact of leadership styles on organizational performance, change management, conflict management, and strategic leadership. It also addresses the roles of healthcare leaders in ethical leadership, cultural sensitivity, and innovation management.
