Goals The objective of this course is to teach the importance of ethical principles and decision-making processes in healthcare management, enhance students’ ability to address ethical dilemmas, and ensure the implementation of ethical standards in healthcare management.
Course Content The course focuses on ethical theories, principles, and practices in healthcare management. Topics include patient rights, employee rights, resource allocation, information confidentiality, and professional ethics in healthcare. Additionally, ethical dilemmas are analyzed through real-life case studies.
