Goals To familiarize students with the terminology, definitions and models of performance measurement and outcome evaluation in insurance services and to provide them with the ability to relate them to management systems.
Course Content The content of this course consists of performance management process, program evaluation and performance measurement in insurance services, performance management systems, performance measurement methods in insurance enterprises.
