Goals To provide in-depth knowledge on the teaching and training of sport, To examine the theoretical foundations of sport pedagogy, To investigate methods to improve the development and performance of athletes, To address the psychological, physical and social dimensions of sport education, To develop effective communication and teaching techniques in educational processes, To learn how to adapt sport education to different ages and skill levels.
Course Content The course evaluates the developmental processes of athletes from psychological, biological and socio-cultural perspectives and develops effective training strategies. It also provides the ability to create appropriate training programmes for different age groups and performance levels.
