Goals The aim of the course is to inform individuals from all segments of the society about the correct use of leisure time and to have the ability to refer to behaviour. The student gains the ability to comprehend the importance of physical education and sports activities in free time and to make the necessary planning for the application.
Course Content The concepts of time and leisure time, theories and applications of leisure time evaluation, definition and classification of recreation constitute the general content of this course.
