Goals The aim of this course is to teach the purpose and functioning of our sports clubs and federations, decision and executive bodies, duties, organisational structures and service areas of amateur and professional clubs and national and international sports federations, management processes of clubs and federations, congress and election legislation, transfer forms, management models in clubs and federations, supervisory authorities, manager and leadership dimensions, management (professional management) and professional management, responsibilities, sponsorship regulations, economic dimensions.
Course Content Club, federation, business, organisation, organisation, management and organisation information and concepts, decision and executive bodies and duties of sports clubs and federations, organisational structures and service areas of amateur - professional clubs, organisational structures and service areas of national and international sports federations, production tools of sports clubs and federations, congress - election legislation and management processes of sports clubs and federations, sports club and federation services and sponsorship issues constitute the content of this course.

2. Week Decision and executive bodies and duties of sports clubs and federations.
3. Week Examination of the founding regulations of clubs and federations.
4. Week Organisational structures and service areas of amateur and professional clubs

6. Week Examination of our sports clubs and federations in terms of means of production (labour, capital, natural resources), income sources, athlete resources.
7. Week Functions of the management process.
