Goals The aim of this course is to teach the effects of physical activity and exercise on health with its physiological dimension and to develop an exercise program within the scope of various approaches.
Course Content Exercise physiology, definition of physical activity, scope and types of physical activity, exercise program approaches, use of yoga and pilates in physiotherapy, current exercise programs constitute the content of this course.
Learning Outcomes - Explain the concepts of physical activity and exercise
