Goals | The aim of this course is to examine the causes, physiopathology and health effects of obesity from a scientific perspective. The course aims to enable students to understand the effects of obesity on physical and psychosocial health and to understand the positive contributions of exercise on quality of life. It also aims to teach how to create exercise prescriptions, emphasising the importance of multidisciplinary approaches in the management and treatment of obesity. |
