Goals | Students are given the necessary information about the importance of irrigation, irrigation systems, Plant-Water-Soil Relationships, Water Requirements of Plants and Amount of Irrigation Water, Irrigation Time and Interval. In addition, within the scope of the course, the definition of lighting and lighting systems, examples of different urban areas such as residential areas, recreation areas, commercial and transportation areas are shown and the methods used in the illumination of design elements such as plants, sculptures, water elements are given. |
Course Content | 1.will know the basic concepts of irrigation and lighting systems 2.will know the basic concepts of lighting and irrigation systems 3.will know sprinkler, transpiration and drip irrigation systems. 4.will be able to analyze and evaluate the need for lighting projects related to residential areas, public spaces and design elements. |
