Course Content | structure and the function of nature in terms of forestry perpective. Properties and components of forest ecosystems |
Learning Outcomes |
- The student should have knowledge about the ecological requirements of some important plant species. - To provide the student with information about how climate and soil characteristics in the living environment affect plant growth. - The student will learn about plant and ecosystem productivity. - The student learns how and why plant communities disperse in time and space (succession). - The student should be able to define the factors that affect plant growth in an ecosystem and the main determining factor. - The student should be able to understand the ecological demands of plant species in a managed ecosystem. - The student must have the ability to channel the resources of the system to the target species or ecosystem function determined in the business purpose. |
