Goals | The Director's Cinema course aims to examine the creative role of the director in cinema and the decisive effect on films. The course aims to enable students to understand how directors develop their personal perspectives and cinematic languages. In this context, the artistic contribution of the director is examined by analyzing elements such as themes, narrative styles, cinematography and mise en scene through the filmography of important directors. Thus, students have the opportunity to develop their own critical perspectives by discovering the original narrative styles that directors add to cinema. |
