Goals | The purpose of this course is to introduce students to interview techniques in the field of clinical psychology and to provide them with the observation and interview skills necessary for clinical assessment and psychotherapy processes. In this course, students will learn to evaluate both the person they are interviewing and the conditions they are in, to determine an interview model, to direct the interview and to be able to conclude the interview. In addition, students are expected to gain a critical perspective on interviews conducted in clinical psychology practices and the ability to report interviews. |
Course Content | Within the scope of this course, students are provided with the opportunity to learn the application of theoretical knowledge in practice, observation and interview processes, professional roles and responsibilities, and to acquire skills in observation and interview. |
